My pants (jeans I bought in DeC) are totally too big....but Im gonna try to wait for 5 more pounds before i buy more....

I am so stickin excited...I stepped on the scale this morning and guess what...Im at 211! No Im not thrilled at the idea of weighing this much but I am thrilled to know i have lost 6 pounds!!!! I am so on my way to my 72 pound weight loss goal.

I have been doing really good with my food intake. I need to get better with writing it all down, but i do carry my points calculator with me everywhere so i can keep track that way.

For breakfast today I have had 1 yolait light yougurt worth 2 points and thats it. I will eat a banana and maybe a slice of 45 calorie sara lee toast...that will be another 2 points...so 4 points for breakfast is really good. Where I seem to get my points in is at night with dinner. I try to cook for everyone and just eat very small portions. I am cutting out all frying and that will help alot!

Saturday's food

Breakfast:
2 servings of Special K cereal
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 banana


I want to really do good today!!!!!
Last night we had Lyndsey's party and i think overall i did well.

For lunch I met William and Michael and went to Jason's Deli. I had the low fat club, took off the cheese and mayo and it was like 9 points. I didnt eat chips, I had some fresh fruit and water with lemon. Yummy!

For dinner we had all my favorites.....pizza, chicken wings, chicken tenders, popcorn chicken, chips and dip and cake with ice cream. I ate SALAD with a few pieces of popcorn chicken on it and ONE bite of pizza. I drank water. I shared a SMALL piece of cake with isabella and she ate the most of it.

OVERALL I think i did great. IF I did go over my 28 points for the day, it wasnt by much if any.

I must get better at drinking my water.....I thought I drank alot during the day, but I really dont.
I am totally excited about my weight loss so far....almost 4 pounds!!! YEAH!

Oh my GOSH!!!!!!! I got out of the shower this morning and weighed.....I have lost 3.5 pounds!! And that was with wet hair!!
IM so excited I cant stand it.......with this little bit of loss, I am totally EXCITED and know that I CAN DO THIS!!!!!


Now, theres my pat on the back, and time to really do my workout for the day.

Yesterday for food I ate:

2 servings of Honey Bunches of oats cereal
1 c milk
a few grapes

lunch
6 in chicken breast subway sub with lots of veggies on it
water

dinner
6 in chicken breast sub
water

Dinner was neat...I made steak, potatoes and hamburgers for the girls....and I ate NONE of it! I didnt even want to have a bite of a loaded potatoe!! I was stoked!

DAy 1

Well I started our my day today tired!!!! William left for work and I was just fresh out of the shower with Isabella attached at my feet.

Come downstairs, got all the girls breakfast out and milk cups and I so wanted to eat a nice bowl of Captain Crunch!!! INSTEAD I did so good...

Got out my WW points slider and measured away...

3/4 cup of Honey Bunches of oats
1/2 cup milk
25 grapes

it was good but not that filling...I can see as where I will snack on grapes today until my body gets used to all this. I think I found the ticket for my brain....when I make a bowl of cereal I use the small bowls (like the ones say you would add salsa in at the restaurant)...this makes the perfect portion amount for a single serving...I always use the cereal bowls and yes while it will fill a tummy, is really is about 2-3 servings PER BOWL!

I ordered the new 2009 Weight Watchers kit on ebay this morning. It has the NEW dining out and companion books, a cookbook with like 50 receipe's, a 3 mth journal, a points calculator,a bag and something else...

IM finally excited about this weight loss. I told william that i want to become addicted to it! When our new treadmill comes in i want to walk on it morning and night! I WANT TO BE THIN/HEALTHY again~ I want to say GOOD BYE to all blood pressure meds, I want to look good in a bathing suit this summer, I want to feel sexy again for William and MYSELF!!!! I want to be able to put on a cute pair of jeans,a mini skirt, a tank top or whatever the heck I want to put on!!!! I Want the old ME back...21 years ago, JUst the new revised ME!

SO I am tackling this like Dave Ramsey says to tackle debt..........SNARLING, ANGRY, AND TOTALLY MOTIVATED!!!!!!!!!!!
