Well i go weigh in tomorrow at WW, Im dying to know what their scale says. Mine says I have lost

I have had to start over on my c2 5k. This is kicking my BUTT! To top it off with Giovanna being sick last week, my left shin splint KILLING ME, yesterday I totally fell right out my front door! Its like my brain went blank and I didnt know I had to walk....Dont understand that one. So now my legs hurt and my right knee is totally skinned up and painful! What a way to get me down Satan!
I wont give up. I so want to do this. I will loose the weight some how and so far really being knowledgeable of what Im putting in my mouth has made a HUGE differnce!
sorry I havent posted in a week.. Last Wed I went to weigh in and the WW scale there said I stayed the same...UGH! however my scale at home has shown my loss. Hmm intresting! Anyway I know I have lost because I seen the change in my jeans.
Here's to a new week.

Giovanna has come down with the stomach bug so my running has been put on hold.

I lost 2.2 pounds!
Way to go me!!!
I have a long way to go but my goal was 1.6 pounds and I did it.

I have done laundry all day! My goal is to totally finish. Michael wanted me to help him make cookies...I told hi I couldnt because it would kill my points...I ended up helping him but made the no bake oatmeal cookies, they are oatmeal, cocoa, sugar, margarine, vanilla. I did eat two cookies....YIKES.

I feel like i am doing well with my points but I really need to find some good easy quick meals that are low points. Anyone out there know any??

I will do my third day of C 2 5k tomorrow because of my hip. Its still hurting but not like it was!
Tonight we had FREE childcare with our APAC (AL POST ADOPTIONS connection) group so we took them up on the offer. WE took Lyndsey and Michael to Carraba's to eat. It was so darn good. I had whole wheat pasta with lemon sauce, some chicken with some sauce, a salad and water. I even did have some of the wonderful olive oil with spices on a piece of bread. Going into dinner i still had 16 points left in my daily points with WW. I also have my 35 extra points for the week....however I think my whole meal was aroun 18-20 points so it wasnt too bad.
Thursday I did some walking on the treadmill and then that night I went to Penny's to see what shoes they had on sale...I made the mistake of running (after I hurt my hip yesterday) and was in intense pain. I told Lyndsey I couldnt do anything else but leave right then. I slept with a heat pad on my hip all night. This needs to go away. No Zumba for tomorrow for me. SHUCKS!

ok Zumba offically had kicked my butt....BUT I will go back! This just reminds me of how many yrs I have been out of shape and not staying coordinated! It was comical but fun! I will be back for Friday's class for sure! I also took the plundge and joined WW! So here's to the NEW ME....

Today has already been a crazy day and its only 940am. I felt good after my body cooled down last night. This morning my leg is not killing me like i thought it would be...so far I feel good.

Today I will do some walking on the treadmill and tomorrow I will pick up with the C 2 5K running....heres to the NEW ME!

Ok folks, big momma DID IT!
Im not dead!
But boy oh boy, hurting my shins as a teenager in cheerleading and NOT doing anything for over 20 yrs I can feel it!
BUt i WILL OVERCOME and do it again tomorrow!!!
Woo Hoo!

I may have to do week one for two weeks but thats ok with me!
Im just shocked that I actually DID IT!

This will be the NEW me in 11 months!!!

OH AND CAN YOU SEE THE BIG M on my butt....this is funny! WE laughed and said I guess thats how I got here....thanks to McDonald's!

Ok people this is totally humiliating but thought this was the BEST way to PUSH myself to stay on track! So here it goes, introducing the "Old Fat self!" I REFUSE to look like this anymore! William and I have taken all my measurements and tomorrow is the day I start towards finding the "new OLD me" again. Im excited to be smaller again, ready to have the attitude of "damn I look good" and ready to just overall feel totally great again...so here goes the pain!

Starting weight is 208
breast 42
waist 39.5 (If you can call it that!)
hips 48 (HUGE)

I will weigh in each Monday morning, but I will only do the measurements every month. so check back and please tell me if you see a difference! LOL....Believe you me, somethings gotta be better than this for me....Im only 5'4"

This is so sad. Notice today's date and the last date on my blog...almost ONE YEAR difference!

I just sat here and re read all the posts i had done on here...not many but they were good. I dont know what happened to me in the year 2009 other than life just once again took over like it always does and I didnt do for myself....not because of anyone else....but I JUST PUT myself on the back burner! I am ready to do this....

William said he will help me stay motivated in anyway he can. I am finally starting this program called from couch 2 5k. Will found it sometime last year and encouraged me to do it...I never did. So I have so decided that for no one else but MYSELF Im gonna do this!

William helped me pick out some new tennis shoes, ones that will be good for running, I bought a new running top and workout capri's. I am ready! The only thing left to do now is get my iphone loaded with good music so i can start my workouts. I am training under the cool running's couch to 5k program. My goal is to start out slowly and try my best to stay on top of this program. Check it out HERE. I have not exercied in like 21 yrs.....before i got pregnant with the twins, and they are now 20! I was at one point totally in shape! so i will start off the new blog with a picture of me 20 yrs ago. This photo is the closest one i can find of myself (this was taken right after the twins were born). I can so see that even after gaining a ton of weight being 9 1/2 mths pregnant with TWO babies how much weight i have s l o w l y put on.

So fasten your seatbelts and watch as i WORK so dang hard at getting this weight off in 2010! Leave me some encourging comments and well save the nasty ones for your self! LOL
