OH AND CAN YOU SEE THE BIG M on my butt....this is funny! WE laughed and said I guess thats how I got here....thanks to McDonald's!
ABSOLUETLY NO LAUGHING ALLOWED! I KNOW IM FAT AND AM HAVING A BAD HAIR DAY!!!!

Ok people this is totally humiliating but thought this was the BEST way to PUSH myself to stay on track! So here it goes, introducing the "Old Fat self!" I REFUSE to look like this anymore! William and I have taken all my measurements and tomorrow is the day I start towards finding the "new OLD me" again. Im excited to be smaller again, ready to have the attitude of "damn I look good" and ready to just overall feel totally great again...so here goes the pain!

Starting weight is 208
breast 42
waist 39.5 (If you can call it that!)
hips 48 (HUGE)

I will weigh in each Monday morning, but I will only do the measurements every month. so check back and please tell me if you see a difference! LOL....Believe you me, somethings gotta be better than this for me....Im only 5'4"

  1. Don't be so down on yourself! Although I would be the same way if I had the guts to post pics of myself. LOL! I can't wait to see you lose weight. Do you have something planned for your days in between C25K training? Speed walking, yoga, Zumba, etc? Eat good too!
